Smith: Would you tell me what education background you have?

Zhang Xue: I graduated from Beijing College of Foreign Trade. My major was International Trade.

Smith: Do you have any experience in this field?

Zhang Xue: Yes, I have been working in xxxInsurance Company for four years.

Smith: OK. Do you think you are proficient in both written and spoken English?

Zhang Xue: Yes.

Smith: OK. I will accept you for a three months-period of probation. Is this satisfactory?

Zhang Xue: Yes.
